Terms & Conditions

Payment policy

To secure your selected service a deposit will be held in proportion to the treatment cost. This will be required at the time of booking.

Full payment for scheduled treatments packages must be received before treatment is undertaken, and the correct forms reviewed and signed. Any outstanding payments must be settled before an aesthetician can provide treatments.

Pay options maybe applicable for treatment packages / courses.

Refund policy

Please note that we are unable to offer refunds on any received treatments or used products.

However, if you do change your mind about your purchased treatment within 14 days and no sessions have been redeemed, we are happy to exchange for another treatment or credit towards an alternative service of equivalent cost.

If for any medical reason you are advised not to continue with your course of treatment, please obtain a medical report from your doctor. In this instance we will hold your account until you are deemed as suitable for treatment or refund the remaining balance.

Lateness policy

If your arrival is delayed, we will make every effort to accommodate your full appointment, however, this is not always possible. Service time may be reduced or cancelled to avoid delaying other clients’ treatments. Last minute changes to appointments will be honoured only if a service appointment is available for a later time in the day (of your appointment) and other customers are not inconvenienced. Please be aware that we may advise you to arrive 15-30 minutes prior to certain services for the application of numbing cream. Please be advised that any lateness or no show which means treatment cannot be carried out will be deducted from your package, and/or a fee will be applied to your account.

Cancellation policy

We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for cancelled / rescheduled appointments to ensure that our time and products are managed efficiently. If you fail to provide 24 hours notice of appointment change/cancellation you may be charged a proportion of the treatment cost. If your session is part of a pre-paid package, it will be deducted from that package.

If for any reason we are unable to carry out the treatment, due to conditions outside of our control, such as: illness, injury, tanned skin, unshaven areas (laser hair removal contra-indication), newly prescribed medication or use of product on the skin (laser hair removal and micro needling contra- indications), we may have to reschedule your appointment and a session may still be redeemed from your course.

Special Conditions

Please notify us before booking your treatments if you have high blood pressure, special physical concerns, diabetes, other medical conditions, breastfeeding or currently pregnant.

UV Exposure Policy

During your consultation an aesthetician will assess your skin to determine if there has been any prolonged UV exposure to areas due to be treated. Certain areas such as the face, neck, shoulders, arms and legs are at a greater risk of unintentional sun exposure and therefore will be considered as high-risk areas for treatment.

We strongly advise that you DO NOT expose the area that is being treated to the sun for two weeks prior or post treatment. Although we complete a patch test for our treatments, it is advised not to treat skin exposed to sun until it is no longer vulnerable. If an aesthetician feels you have had too much sun exposure, you may be advised to reschedule your treatment to a later date.

Shaving Policy

For individuals undertaking Laser Hair Removal Treatment, we ask that you have the relevant areas shaved prior to treatment or additional charges will apply. This is to ensure the laser targets the root of the hair rather than that which grows above the surface of the skin.

Shaving on the day of your treatment may leave your skin tender, making your treatment more uncomfortable and potentially less effective. Therefore, we recommend shaving the areas approximately 24 hours prior to your appointment, to avoid irritation, inflammation, or rashes.

These requirements fall under our health & safety measures, which ensure safe practice. They also ensure that you are treated within the allocated time slot.

Product use on the skin

Please be advised makeup, deodorant, perfume, and oil-based products must be removed before treatment. Practitioners will complete a basic cleanse and inspection of the area to be treated, however, we cannot be held responsible if any of the above products lay dormant in the skin pores and cause adverse reactions.

Our aesthetic practitioners are trained and qualified to deliver all of the treatments that we provide.

Children are welcome into our clinic, however children under the age of 16 are not allowed to be left alone/unsupervised in the clinic. Our staff are not able to supervise children during treatments for health, safety, and insurance purposes. Children under the age of 16 may not accompany their parent into a service for the above-mentioned reasons.
