To that end, we have prepared this privacy policy (“Privacy Policy”) to describe our information gathering and dissemination practices and our data protection practices for the Site; the terms “we,” “us,” and “yours” refer to the user/customer utilising the Site/our services. This Privacy Policy is governed by our Terms of Use. “Personal Data” means any information which can be used to identify an individual, and may include, but is not limited to, name, email address, mobile or landline number, postal or other physical address, title, or occupation. We collect the following Personal Data from you when you register for the Site/with our service: name, phone number, email and home address, birthday, and gender. To access certain treatments, products or documents offered on the Site/in our services, you may be also asked to provide additional Personal Data such as phone number, medical/health details, billing address and credit card information. We endeavour to limit our requests for Personal Data to information we believe is reasonably necessary to achieve our purposes as described in the “Information Use” section below. Any Personal Data received in communication or in material you transmit to the Site /at our facilities by electronic mail or otherwise are and will be treated in accordance with this Privacy Policy.


Infinity Aesthetics Ltd. uses Personal Data for several general purposes: to provide you with service information, and news, to support the services offered at the facility and our businesses, to contact you for feedback about our services, to conduct research about Infinity Aesthetics’ customer base or services, to fulfil your reservation and purchase requests, to process your payments including collection, to notify you of technical updates or changes in policy, or to contact you for our own marketing and promotional purposes, except where you have indicated that you do not wish to receive this information. We may use information that is not Personal Data such as demographic data to analyse and develop our marketing strategy and further improve the Site and our services.


We will not sell or rent your Personal Data to third parties except as described in this Privacy Policy. We may disclose your Personal Data to other companies or people under any of the following circumstances: to any applicable service provider for each activity that you sign up for on the Site/at our studio to fulfil your booking rights. If sharing the information is reasonably necessary to provide a service that you have requested. To keep you up to date on the latest product announcements, software updates, special offers, or other information we think you would like to hear about from us. To keep you up to date on special offers, or other information from other businesses within the Infinity Group or our business partners where there is a legitimate interest for you to receive such a communication. We believe in good faith that we are required to do so by law, in connection with litigation, to prevent a crime, or to protect personal safety, the public, the facility and our businesses. In connection with a sale or merger with another entity or if Infinity Aesthetics should ever file for bankruptcy or have its assets sold to another entity. Other than as set out above, you will receive notice when information about you might go to third parties and you will have an opportunity to choose not to share the information. We may also share information which does not amount to Personal Data with third parties (e.g. aggregate or demographic data).


We will give you the opportunity to “opt out” of receiving direct marketing or market research information or information. Infinity Aesthetics takes reasonable precautions to safeguard the confidentiality of Personal Data. We will take all steps reasonably necessary to ensure that your data is treated securely and in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
